This contract (hereinafter referred to as „Contract“) is entered into on this day of [Date], by and between [Party A] and [Party B], hereinafter referred to as the „Parties.“

Article 1 – Jurisdiction
1.1 Party A and Party B agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Justice Singapore.

2.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. 4.1 This Contract may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
